365telugu.com online news,Hyderabad,October,14th,2025: Acting on a tip-off, the Commissioner’s Task Force (North Zone) raided a godown located in Teacher’s Colony, Trimulgherry, on Sunday night and uncovered a massive stockpile of illegal firecrackers worth around ₹45 lakh.
According to officials, Abhimanyu Kumar Sharma (54) was found storing the explosive materials in a residential area without proper authorization, posing a grave threat to nearby residents. The seized firecrackers were immediately confiscated by the police team.
DCP Task Force Y. V. S. Sudheendra stated that the operation was part of ongoing efforts to prevent the illegal storage and sale of hazardous fireworks in the city.
The accused, along with the seized materials, has been handed over to the Trimulgherry Police Station for further investigation and appropriate legal action.
