The evening of Dineout Passport Experience’s ‘Malt & Jazz’ had an exclusive tasting of Aberlour Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky 12 YO followed by an exquisite dining experience.
The delightful evening was hosted by Dineout Passport’s Brand Host – Shivani Mohan beautifully, for the special guests & Dineout Passport members. The list included some of the most prominent names from different industries: Altay Altinors (Consul General of Turkey), Chiranjeevi Koppula (Managing Director at State Street), Divya Bopanna (Fashion Influencer) and Sankalp Vishnu (Times Food & Nightlight Critic) among others. They were also joined by the Brand Ambassador of Pernod Ricard (Nitin Tiwari), who helped with the single malt appreciation and talked more about the unique experiences along with their journey.
George Hull & Pranati Khanna, one of the most leading musicians and popular Jazz music bands in the country, took the experience a notch above with a live performance, making the entire evening musical and memorable.
The event allowed guests & members to learn the art of elements of Malts while relishing the best of Sheraton’s rich yet tasteful menu. The exclusive menu offered the finest House Smoked Chicken, Peruvian Asparagus, Slow Cooked Pumpkin Puree, Roasted Apple Braised Lamb Shank & Butternut Squash Cappelletti Pasta. Drunken Grilled Peaches with Boozi Brownies made for a perfect dessert. These were served in pairing with Aberlour 12 YO, Glenlivet 15 YO and Ballantine’s GlenBurgie 15 YO so the guests experienced the best of both worlds.
