The report highlights Nxtra’s efforts across three key sustainability pillars: reducing environmental impact through renewable energy and efficient operations, advancing social inclusion and workplace safety, and reinforcing governance with transparency and accountability.

Key Achievements in FY 2024-25
- Contracted 482,800 MWh of renewable energy sourcing — 3X the baseline year of 2021
- Reduced average Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) by 10% compared to FY 2021
- Achieved an employee engagement score of 85/100
- Strengthened local economies with 99% suppliers based in India
- Conducted ESG assessments for 98% of strategic suppliers
- Ensured 6.15 million safe person-hours in construction
Additionally, Nxtra’s NxtWave initiative continues to drive female representation in engineering roles, strengthening diversity and inclusion within the workforce.
