365telugu.com online news, October 27th,2025: On October 27, 2025, Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda, led the Integrity Pledge ceremony, joined by senior officers and staff of the Ministry, to kick off Vigilance Awareness Week 2025.

The week, observed from October 27 to November 2, 2025, carries the theme “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility” (“सतर्कता: हमारी साझा जिम्मेदारी”), aiming to foster integrity, transparency, and accountability in public life, as guided by the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC).

During the pledge, Shri Nadda stressed the need to institutionalize ethical practices and cultivate a vigilant culture across all levels of governance. He remarked, “We should create a simple checklist of do’s and don’ts in plain language to prevent unintentional errors made in good faith or compassion. Regular training and capacity building are essential to keep everyone informed and alert.”

In preparation for Vigilance Awareness Week, the CVC had issued a circular in August 2025, directing organizations to conduct a three-month Preventive Vigilance campaign from August 18 to November 17, 2025.

The campaign focuses on five key areas: (i) resolving pending complaints, (ii) addressing pending cases, (iii) conducting capacity building programs, (iv) improving asset management, and (v) advancing digital initiatives.

Senior officials and staff of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare actively participated in the pledge ceremony, reaffirming their dedication to ethical values, transparency, and accountability in public service.
