365telugu.com online news, Hyderabad,December 23rd,2025: A new chapter in experiential entertainment has begun in Hyderabad with the launch of “Magic District,” Asia’s first real-life, multi-theme immersive adventure destination, at AMB Sarath City Capital Mall, Kondapur.

Unveiled during a media interaction, the creators described Magic District as a next-generation entertainment space that transforms visitors from passive viewers into active participants. Unlike traditional amusement centres, the destination offers story-based, walk-through adventures that place visitors at the centre of the experience.

Spanning nearly 38,000 square feet on the mall’s sixth floor, Magic District is designed to deliver large-scale immersive storytelling through multiple themed zones.

The concept has been developed by Tava Srinivas, a National Award recipient and Limca Book of Records holder. Addressing the media, Srinivas said the project aims to highlight Indian creativity and innovation on a global stage. He also announced plans to roll out 27 different immersive concepts across various Indian cities in the future.

“With more than two decades of experience in this field, our goal was to bring world-class adventure experiences to Hyderabad that audiences have never seen before. Magic District marks the first phase of that vision,” he said.

Srinivas also shared that his daughter, Chandana Lipi, who previously worked in the United States, has joined the venture as Operations Director. She explained that the initial phase introduces four distinct adventure worlds, with additional themes to be launched in subsequent phases.

Adventure Zones Currently Open

Zombie City: A survival-themed experience where participants navigate a city taken over by zombies.

Scary Escapes: A team-based challenge that combines puzzles, clues, and suspense-filled environments.

Scary House: An intense horror attraction featuring live interactions and immersive sound effects.

Boo Boo House: A child-friendly spooky zone designed to help children overcome fear through playful storytelling.

Another director, K. Raj Kumar, said the response from visitors has been highly encouraging since the opening. While a total of seven themed zones are planned, four have been launched in the first phase.

With its mix of thrill, storytelling, and innovation, Magic District is expected to emerge as a major family and tourism attraction, strengthening Hyderabad’s position as a hub for immersive entertainment.
