The new facility, operated by M/s Maa Durga Auto Tech, is equipped with six service bays capable of handling over eight vehicles per day. Designed with a customer-first approach, the dealership also provides essential amenities such as driver lodging, 24-hour breakdown assistance, and on-site AdBlue availability.
Ambitious Growth Targets
During the inauguration, Vinod Sahay, President of Trucks, Buses & Construction Equipment at Mahindra, highlighted the group’s rising influence in the commercial vehicle (CV) sector.

Current Market Share: Mahindra holds nearly 7% in the overall truck and bus segment and a strong 24% in I&LCV buses.
Future Targets: The company aims to reach a 10-12% market share by FY31 and over 20% by FY36.

36-Hour Workshop Turnaround: If a vehicle is not ready within 36 hours at a dealer workshop, the company compensates the owner with ₹3,000 per day.
