For the full year ended March 31, 2025, Aayush Art and Bullion Ltd recorded revenue from operations of Rs 73.77 crores, representing a tenfold (1000%) year-on-year increase compared to Rs 7.33 crores in FY24. Net profit surged to Rs 1.81 crore in FY25, up nearly 700% from Rs 26 lakhs in the previous year. Earnings Per Share (EPS) stood at Rs 1.81, significantly higher than Rs 0.21 reported in FY24.

The company became completely debt-free as of March 2025, demonstrating strong financial health. Over the past five years, the company achieved a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 104% in sales and 62% in net profit. Promoter group shareholding increased substantially to 20.71% (31.70 lakh shares) as of March 2025, compared to 7.01% (8.70 lakh shares) in March 2024.

For the second half of FY25 (October 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025), the company reported total income of Rs 47.19 crore, a 77% increase compared to Rs 26.58 crore in the first half of FY25 (April 1 to September 30, 2024). Net profit for H2 FY25 stood at Rs 1.56 crore, significantly higher than Rs 24 lakhs in H1 FY25. EPS for H2 FY25 was Rs 1.02, compared to Rs 0.17 in H1 FY25.
