365telugu.com online news,Visakhapatnam, 14 November, 2025:In one of the largest single-group investment announcements at the ongoing CII Partnership Summit 2025, Shirdi Sai Electricals Limited (SSEL) Group and its SPV Indosol Solar Private Limited on Friday signed three strategic MoUs worth a combined ₹30,650 crore with the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
The agreements were inked in the presence of senior state government officials and industry leaders at the summit venue in Visakhapatnam.
Speaking after the signing ceremony, Mr Vamsi Reddy Narreddy, Whole-Time Director, SSEL Group, said, “These historic MoUs underline our unwavering commitment to India’s clean energy ambitions and the industrial resurgence of Andhra Pradesh.
We are proud to partner with the state to create cutting-edge energy infrastructure, generate thousands of skilled jobs, and position Andhra Pradesh as a global hub for renewable energy manufacturing and innovation.”

Key Projects Under the MoUs:
- ₹5,000 crore Setting up a state-of-the-art Transformer Component and Wind Mast Manufacturing & Fabrication unit at Kopparthy Industrial Area, YSR Kadapa district.
- ₹23,450 crore (largest single component) Development of an integrated clean energy ecosystem across the state that includes solar and wind power projects, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), dedicated direct transmission lines, and a Power Management Technology Centre.
- ₹2,200 crore Phased construction of a 200 MLD sea-water desalination plant, captive jetty and barge dock at Karedu village, and a dedicated shipping berth with bonded warehouse at Ramayapatnam port in SPSR Nellore district.
The massive investment is expected to create thousands of direct and indirect jobs, boost ancillary industries, strengthen power transmission infrastructure, ensure water security for industrial clusters, and significantly enhance port-led logistics in the state.

With these agreements, SSEL Group reinforces its leadership in India’s renewable energy and critical power infrastructure space while propelling Andhra Pradesh towards becoming a preferred destination for green manufacturing and sustainable industrial growth.
The CII Partnership Summit 2025 has already emerged as a landmark platform for the state, attracting a series of multi-thousand-crore investment commitments on its opening day itself.
