This ritual of prelude will be observed on Saturday between 6pm and 8pm. Series of religious events like Mritsangrahanam, Senadhipati Utsavam followed by Ankurarpana or Beejavapanam will be performed.
The nine day fete will flag off with Dhwajarohanam on February 20 in the auspicious Meena Lagnam between 9am and 9:20am.
