365telugu.com,online news,Hyderabad, February, 3, 2020: The alumni of Andhra Pradesh Residential Junior College (APRJC) who studied from 1975 to till date gathered at one place to relive and cherish their memories. The event was held on 2nd February at Tourism Plaza Hotel which is situated in Begumpet, HyderabadHon’ble DGP of Telangana State M. Mahender Reddy who is also an alumni of this institution was released the app “APRJC Sagar Parivar” at the meet. Five hundred old students of the college from diversified backgrounds such as Academic, Media, Government, Business and Doctors took part in the event. The alumni meet was dedicated to the batch of 1975 – 1977 and 1976 – 1978.
The committee also conveyed best wishes to 1993 – 1995 batch as this is Silver Jubilee year for them. They also mentioned that faculty will also participate in this reunion. Many old students who are settled overseas are also flying to India to be a part of the alumni meet.
Hon’ble DGP Of Telangana M.Mahender Reddy while addressing the gathering said “I must appreciate Sri. Srinivas Sajja for creating the app. The app is very much unique and very well made. There are lot of features which are can be used to communicate with one another in an effective manner.” While interacting with media he mentioned “I Would appeal the alumni to stay connected with the management and faculty of the APRJC so that we can further empower the great institution. We have an app built by Srinivas Sajja wherein we can communicate and motivate one another. I would like to thank all of my faculty and friends at APRJC Nagarjuna Sagar who helped me during my college days. It’s because of their support that I was able to achieve great success in my life”.
Srinivas Sajja the founder of “APRJC Sagar Parivar “App while speaking at the event said that “The app contains batch wise groups similar to that of what’s App groups. There is a data of close to 7,500 students in this app. You can organise and plan events in your respective groups”. The name of the application is “PROJECT EAGLE”.All the old students of the APRJC Nagarjuna Sagar cherished their memories once again. This is was the tenth reunion of the previous batches. The organizing committee conducted the event in a very successful manner. The president of the organizing Committee is A.Saida Reddy Garu, Secretary ,Nagachari and treasure Gopal Rao took an active part in co-ordinating with everyone. Notable alumni Malla Reddy IPS, I.G ( M.D. Telangana Housing Co-operation) , Bhoopal Reddy,IRS ( Principal Commissioner, Income Tax), Rajshekhar I.F.S, and Dr. Subramanehswar Rao , Ramesh Chandra I.F.S, Scientist Krishna Rao , Bhagavanth Rao and Tanda Naik ,Dr. M.V.V Prasad Rao (KIMS) Participated in the event. Rangachari presented a report on behalf of Management of APRJC , Nagarjuna Sagar.
