365Telugu.com online news, October 13th,2024: Hyderabad: Art lovers are in for a treat as Delhi-based Gallery Dotwalk presents an enchanting exhibition titled “Siren’s Lullaby in the Forgotten Realm.” Curated by the esteemed Premjish Achari, the exhibition is currently on display at Chitramayee, State Gallery of Art, located in Kavuri Hills, Jubilee Hills, near Madhapur. The exhibition will remain open to the public until October 16 (Wednesday), from 11 AM to 7 PM.
Featuring a captivating collection of works by both renowned and emerging Indian artists, the exhibition explores themes of dreams, memories, and the hidden depths of the subconscious. Notable artists include Ravinder Reddy, celebrated for his monumental sculptures of women; GR Iranna, whose intricate paintings delve into identity and the passage of time; and Jagannath Panda, whose thought-provoking installations challenge perceptions of reality.
Emerging talents also feature prominently in the exhibition, offering fresh insights into the themes of d reams and the subconscious, reflecting the innovative spirit of contemporary Indian art.Curator Premjish Achari expressed his vision for the exhibition, stating, “Siren’s Lullaby in the Forgotten Realm is a testament to the power of art to evoke emotions, spark imagination, and inspire contemplation. Through various mediums, including painting, sculpture, installation, and mixed media, the exhibition invites viewers to journey through the forgotten realms of their minds.”
Achari, who is also a filmmaker and writer, has previously directed a film on Ravinder Reddy titled “The Other Faces” in 2022 and is known for his initiative, the Kaee Kolkata City Lab. This exhibition promises to be a thought-provoking experience for art enthusiasts and a significant addition to Hyderabad’s vibrant cultural landscape.
