The debut of Retail.NEXT is set to transform the retail experience across the country, with Bird Automotive introducing its state-of-the-art Retail.NEXT showroom in Gurugram.

  • Central Customer Walkway: A unified space for BMW, MINI, and BMW Motorrad vehicles, with a single entry point for both sales and service, making navigation straightforward.
  • Personalized Customer Interaction: The showroom features a Welcome Stand and Multifunction Counter for a more personal interaction, alongside areas for private consultations and vehicle handovers.
  • Innovative Consultation Spaces: Service consultations occur in comfortable, living-room-style environments, supported by Personal Service Advisors (PSAs) and BMW Geniuses equipped with advanced digital tools.

  • Enhanced Comfort and Convenience: The facility includes amenities such as fast-charging stations for Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs) and a carefully orchestrated ambiance with custom lighting and décor.

Bird Automotive’s New Showroom

The new Bird Automotive Retail.NEXT showroom is located at Address One, Baani, Golf Course Road, Sector – 56, Gurgaon, Haryana, India – 122011. Spanning 8,690 sq.ft., the facility showcases BMW and MINI vehicles on separate floors, with a selection of 10 vehicles, including 8 BMWs and 2 MINIs. The showroom also features a dedicated vehicle handover lounge, a lifestyle and accessories zone, and a customer interaction lounge.
