If you give your child banana mixed with warm milk every day, his stomach will be clean. Apart from that, if turmeric or honey is added to milk and given to children, the stomach will be clean and stool will also pass easily. Feed children a bowl full of salad or fruit for breakfast or lunch.

Food items like oats, millet rotis, soup, isabgol etc. are rich in fiber so include them in your child’s diet. You can mix soaked figs or almonds in milk and give it to children every morning.

If you want, you can also give boiled figs (fig fruits). It relieves constipation. According to experts, giving children triphala powder in water at night keeps their stomach clean and digestive process healthy.

Exercising improves digestion and cleanses the stomach easily. It is important for children to get at least 30 minutes of physical activity or exercise every day. You can do walking, playing, yoga, running, dancing or aerobics etc.

Keep the baby away from milk or milk products. Flour, foreign matter, oil, pizza burgers, all these things stick in the intestines, so keep baby food away from them.

Do not give children food that is high in fat, only food that is rich in vitamins. In case of indigestion in children, consult a doctor immediately.
