Ltd. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute & Research Centre (RGCIRC) to collaborate on advanced cancer diagnostics research. As part of the agreement, RGCIRC will deploy Canon’s flagship Aquilion ONE / INSIGHT Edition, a 640-slice CT system, to enhance diagnostic research and clinical outcomes.
This collaboration underscores Canon Medical’s commitment to advancing healthcare in India under its ‘Made for Life’ philosophy. The Aquilion ONE / INSIGHT Edition integrates wide-area (16 cm) CT coverage with deep learning-based AI to transform cancer detection and diagnosis.
