Through sheer resolve and a positive mindset, he carved an extraordinary path for himself. After NTR garu transitioned into politics, Chiranjeevi garu seized the opportunity with relentless hard work and emerged as the next towering figure in Telugu cinema.”
The Chief Minister also lauded Chiranjeevi’s social initiatives, especially his pioneering effort in setting up a blood bank. “When I was the Chief Minister of united Andhra Pradesh, Chiranjeevi garu once approached me, requesting land for establishing a blood bank. It’s rare to find film stars who look beyond cinema and commit themselves to public service. Chiranjeevi garu was a trailblazer in that regard,” he recalled.

Megastar Chiranjeevi, addressing the gathering, highlighted the pivotal role of mindset in shaping success. “When Dr. Sharani invited me to this launch, I was delighted. Personality development books have always fascinated me, and I personally found deep inspiration from The Secret. Hard work is essential, but it’s smart work combined with the right mindset that truly propels us forward-a central message of Mindset Shift,” he shared.
Reflecting on his own journey, Chiranjeevi spoke candidly about the early struggles he faced. “Coming from a modest background, I was unsure of my path after graduation. However, my childhood passion for acting guided me. Despite facing criticism and setbacks, I pursued my dream with singular focus.
My parents supported me but advised me to have a backup, so I enrolled in the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICWAI) alongside joining the Film Institute. Eventually, I realized that acting was my true calling.
I gave it everything I had-success or failure, there was no middle ground. Dedication, sincerity, and humility shaped my journey. Talent may bring you success, but character earns you respect,” he said.

When asked to share a life lesson, Chiranjeevi emphasized “Determination” as the key to overcoming challenges. “Life isn’t a smooth ride- setbacks, demotivation, and disappointments are inevitable. But with unwavering determination, we can push through.
In my early career, I often received only supporting or negative roles. Instead of getting disheartened, I treated each role as an opportunity to prove myself. That consistent sincerity eventually opened doors to lead roles, and over time, helped me evolve from just another actor into a star,” he concluded.
Chiranjeevi also praised Dr. Sharani for authoring “Mindset Shift,” expressing hope that the book would inspire many readers to develop their personalities and achieve success.
In a moment of somber reflection, Chiranjeevi conveyed his grief over the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, which claimed innocent lives, including two individuals from Andhra Pradesh.
“It is heart-wrenching to see such violence. I commend Chandrababu Naidu garu and Pawan Kalyan garu for standing by the families of the victims. I offer my deepest condolences,” he said, leading the gathering in observing a moment of silence for the victims.

The event, also attended by Minister Ponguru Narayana, former Minister Shri Ganta Srinivasa Rao, and several dignitaries, turned out to be a grand and memorable affair celebrating inspiration, resilience, and hope.
