365telugu.com online ,Hyderabad,September,13th,2025: The Abhayam Masoom Summit 2025 was held in Hyderabad with the objective of raising awareness against child sexual abuse. Organized by Young Indians (Yi), part of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), the summit brought together young professionals from over 70 cities worldwide. It was jointly hosted by Bharat Rising, Yi, and CII, with the theme “Every Child Matters in a Digital World: The Collective Responsibility to Keep Children Safe Online and Offline.”

Among the dignitaries present were Supreme Hero Sai Durga Tej, Minister Seethakka, Yi Co-Chairman Bhavin Pandya, Yi National Chairman Tarang Khurana, CII Telangana Chairman Siva Prasad Reddy, and Jyotsna Singh.

Speaking at the event, Sai Durga Tej stressed the importance of protecting children both online and offline:

“Our children are being abused on social media. People are not only posting inappropriate comments but also encouraging them by liking and laughing. Is this the society we want? Freedom of speech should never mean hurting others.”

Tej recalled his earlier work in child welfare, mentioning his association with Think Peace in 2015, where he helped build a school in Araku, and his continued support for children in Telangana through education and care.

Highlighting the need for closer parent-child relationships, he said:

“Parents today are too busy. But children need time, love, and open conversations. When I was in second grade, I shared my first love story with my mother. She gave me that freedom. Parents must create such an environment where children can openly share everything.”

He emphasized that parents and teachers must teach children about good touch and bad touch, and that families should dedicate time weekly to bond offline. Tej also suggested linking children’s social media accounts to parents’ phone numbers or Aadhaar cards to ensure accountability.

The actor further stated that every child deserves quality education, recalling his efforts to establish a school in Araku with the help of NGOs. He also revealed that he had voluntarily stopped featuring in “teasing songs” after his film Winner, as he believes love should be expressed with respect.

“Parents must guide children to live in the real world, not just online. Celebrities may ignore negative comments, but children are vulnerable to them. It is our responsibility to keep them safe,” he said.

Before concluding, Tej addressed speculation about his personal life:

“Please don’t spread rumors about my marriage. When the time comes, I will announce it myself,” he added with a smile.
