365Telugu.com online news, January 29th,2025: In preparation for the upcoming annual Radhasapthami festival on February 4, Additional EO Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary conducted a review meeting on Tuesday at Annamaiah Bhavan, Tirumala.
Accompanied by JEO Veerabrahmam and CVSO I/c Manikantha, the Additional EO assessed the ongoing arrangements, with a particular focus on security and crowd management.
He instructed officials from TTD, vigilance, security, and the police to ensure seamless coordination and prioritize the following:
- Risk assessment and preparedness
- Systematic organization to prevent overcrowding
- Traffic and parking arrangements
- Emergency response planning
He emphasized the need for a comprehensive bundobust plan, monitoring vehicular movement on ghat roads, and developing effective execution and evacuation strategies in case of emergencies. Clear and seamless communication among teams was also highlighted as a critical requirement.
Additionally, arrangements related to Annaprasadam, sanitation, Srivari Sevaks, medical teams, and the installation of LED screens were reviewed. The issuance of tokens at Srivari Mettu was also discussed with the concerned officials.
District Collector Venkateswar and SP Harshavardhan Raju participated in the meeting virtually. Other attendees included CE Satyanarayana,Tirumala Additional SP Ramakrishna,GM IT Sesha Reddy, temple DyEO Lokanatham, and various departmental heads.
