(BSE: 532772; NSE: DCB) today announced the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The results were approved at the Bank’s board meeting held in Mumbai and audited by Varma & Varma, Chartered Accountants, and B S R & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants.
Performance Highlights:
- Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q4 FY25 stood at ₹177 crore, registering a 14% growth over ₹156 crore reported in Q4 FY24.
- For the full year FY25, PAT increased by 15% to ₹615 crore, compared to ₹536 crore in FY24.
- Advances grew 25% year-on-year, led by strong momentum across key segments:
- Mortgages up by 21%
- Co-lending surged by 117%
- Construction Finance grew by 38%
- Agri & Inclusive Banking increased by 14%
- Deposits rose by 22% year-on-year.
- Asset quality remained stable, with Gross NPA at 2.99% and Net NPA at 1.12% as of March 31, 2025.
- The Provision Coverage Ratio (PCR) stood at 74.48% (75.22% excluding gold loan NPAs).
- The Capital Adequacy Ratio under Basel III norms remained robust at 16.77%, with Tier I capital at 14.30%.
Commenting on the performance, Mr. Praveen Kutty, Managing Director & CEO of DCB Bank, said,
“The growth momentum continues to be robust across both advances and deposits. NIM is stabilizing and fee income is growing consistently. Productivity gains are improving cost efficiency. We are encouraged by the consistent improvement in portfolio quality despite environmental challenges and believe our strategic measures will further strengthen these trends.”
