The proposed IPO consists entirely of an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 18,085,246 equity shares (face value of ₹2 each). The sale includes contributions from the company’s promoters (1,960,000 shares), the promoter group (339,700 shares), and various institutional investor shareholders (15,635,046 shares).

According to the Frost & Sullivan report cited in the DRHP, Tonbo Imaging has emerged as India’s fastest-growing defence technology firm in terms of revenue and profitability growth between FY23 and FY25.

Export Powerhouse: In FY25, Tonbo accounted for a staggering 93% of India’s thermal imaging exports, making it the nation’s largest exporter in this category.
Global Footprint: As of June 30, 2025, the company has deployed over 20,000 systems across 24 countries, serving international militaries, law enforcement, and global defence OEMs.
IP Ownership: Tonbo is one of the few domestic players with 100% ownership of its Intellectual Property (IP), covering optics, electronics, and software, ensuring zero dependence on external foreign partners.
