Guided by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG), the month-long initiative delivered measurable outcomes:

  • Revenue Generated:₹6.49+ crore from scrap and e-waste disposal
  • Space Freed:1,50,444 sq ft of usable office area
  • Physical Files Reviewed:4,595 | Weeded Out:1,376
  • E-files Reviewed:4,663 | Closed:3,900

The campaign also cleared Parliamentary Assurances, resolved public grievances, and streamlined paperwork to boost operational efficiency.

DoF and its PSUs amplified participation through 36+ social media posts on X, Facebook, and Instagram, showcasing best practices and cleanliness drives.

Real-time progress was tracked via the official portal www.scdpm.gov.in, with regular updates reflecting on-ground achievements.
