Ltd., has signed a significant supply agreement with Skymax Infrapower Ltd., Uttar Pradesh, valued at approximately ₹215 crore.
The agreement encompasses design, engineering, procurement, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 75 MW Alley Solar Project, which will be developed across nine sites in Nanded district, Maharashtra. Under this contract, Dharan Infra Solar Pvt. Ltd. will manage the design, supply, and installation of plant equipment, structures, and related works for establishing and operating a 75 MW (AC) / 95.10 MWp (DC) grid-interactive, ground-mounted solar photovoltaic power project across the identified sites.
This marks the second major project awarded by Skymax Infrapower Ltd. In August 2025, the company established Dharan Infra Solar Pvt. Ltd. as a wholly owned subsidiary based in Nashik, Maharashtra, to focus on renewable energy solutions including solar modules, hybrid systems, and other green technologies.
Earlier this year, the subsidiary secured solar EPC contracts worth ₹262.10 crore for developing grid-connected solar power plants aimed at solarizing agricultural feeders across multiple districts in Uttar Pradesh. These projects are targeted for completion by April 30, 2026.

In addition to business expansion, Dharan Infra-EPC is pursuing financial restructuring. The company finalized a One-Time Settlement (OTS) with the Central Bank of India in June 2025, making an upfront payment of ₹43 lakh-10% of the total settlement. The remaining amount will be cleared in three installments, with the final payment expected by January 31, 2026.
