Under this alliance, GTPL will become an authorized channel partner for BharatBenz mining trucks, handling both sales and service operations, with a special focus on the flagship 3532CM (8×4) model.
As part of this collaboration, GTPL will cater to key mining-intensive regions including the North, East, and Northeast of India, as well as Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat. The partnership will support all major mining operations—coal, iron ore, limestone, and more—ensuring BharatBenz vehicles are integrated seamlessly into varied industrial transportation needs.
A cornerstone of this strategic tie-up is a robust after-sales service ecosystem, which includes:
- Comprehensive maintenance and repair services
- Preventive and scheduled maintenance programs
- On-site repair facilities and express servicing options
With Gainwell’s strategically placed spare parts distribution centers, the partnership ensures faster turnaround times and minimized vehicle downtime, ultimately boosting customer productivity.
