365Telugu.com online news,hyderabad,october 15th,2023:CII Telangana organized the Corporate Greenathon, which is a flagship event aimed at encouraging corporate professionals to adopt a healthy and active lifestyle through a fitness regimen.
The fourth edition of the Corporate Greenathon took place today, with participation from 1000 corporate professionals, including select CEOs, who ran in 3k, 5k, and 10k categories.
The run was flagged off by Mr C Shekar Reddy, Chairman, CII Telangana & CMD, CSR Estates (Pvt.) Ltd; Dr B Bhaskar Rao, Convenor, CII Telangana Healthcare Panel & CMD, KIMS Hospitals; Ms Rashida Adewala, President, TiE Hyderabad; Mr V Suresh, Director, Director, NMDC Ltd; Mr Dileep Kumar Mohanty, Director, NMDC Ltd and Mr V S Ram, Convenor, Manufacturing & Industry 4.0 Panel & Vice President, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd
Dr B Bhaskar Rao, while addressing the runners, emphasized the importance of regular exercise and getting 8 hours of sleep as essential for all citizens.
One of the standout aspects of the run was the participation of individuals who had recovered from heart attacks, showcasing their fitness and stamina by taking part in the challenging 10K marathon.
