The award was presented during the SIT20 Saudi Arabia India Thailand 20 Summit, held as part of the 25th Edition of the Asian Business and Social Forum at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. The recognition highlights Dr. Khan’s outstanding efforts in strengthening trade, tourism, and cultural relations between India and Kazakhstan.
The award was received on Dr. Khan’s behalf by Mr. Yermek Aitmagambetov, Second Secretary at the Embassy of Kazakhstan in India.

Dr. Khan, a respected diplomat and entrepreneur, has played a pivotal role in deepening the bilateral relationship between the two nations. Since his appointment as the Honorary Consul of Kazakhstan in 2021, he has consistently worked to foster cultural exchanges and promote business collaborations, the official statement noted.
