365Telugu.com online news,Pune, 29th November 2023:DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations Limited, India’s pioneering Listed Drone Startup and the highest-rated DGCA certified drone pilot training institute, has announced the launch of its third Remotely Piloted Aircraft Training Organization (RPTO).
This strategic collaboration with the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Ropar marks a significant milestone for the organization. Headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra, DroneAcharya operates its main center in Pune and a secondary centre in Rashtriya Raksha University, Gujarat (under the Ministry of Home Affairs).
The primary objective of this collaboration is to address the escalating demand for skilled manpower in the Drone Industry, particularly in the Northern part of the country.
By delivering top-notch training coupled with 100% job assistance, DroneAcharya aims to narrow the gap between the surging demand for proficient Drone professionals and the availability of trained talent in these regions.
To date, the company has successfully trained 564 DGCA certified drone pilots, contributing significantly to the 8,362 DGCA certified drone pilots in India. DroneAcharya holds the highest market share among private training organizations.
DroneAcharya recently secured India’s largest government drone training project from the Karnataka Forest Department. This project involves training 240 staff and officials, further solidifying the company’s position as a key player in the drone training domain.
Earlier this year, the company inked a transformative deal with Tata Strive and Wollstone Capital. This collaboration will see the establishment of 30 new centers across India.
These centers will not only focus on drone training but will also serve as hubs for the organization’s product line and drone-based services in their respective geographies.
As part of its expansion plan, DroneAcharya is setting up centers in Jaipur, Jabalpur, Noida, Uttarakhand, Palampur, Mangalore, and Dharwad.
