365telugu.com online news, September 6th,2025: Hyderabad-based Eldorado Agritech Limited, the company behind the Srikar Seeds brand, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI to raise ₹1,000 crore through an Initial Public Offering (IPO).
The issue comprises a fresh equity issue of ₹340 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of ₹660 crore by existing shareholders. Promoters Srinivasa Rao Linga and Usha Rani Papineni will sell shares worth ₹500 crore and ₹160 crore, respectively, as part of the OFS.
From the fresh issue proceeds, the company plans to allocate ₹245 crore for debt repayment/prepayment, while the balance will be used for general corporate purposes.
Eldorado Agritech provides integrated “seed-to-harvest” solutions, including seed R&D, production, processing, and distribution. Its portfolio spans 226 hybrids and OPV seeds across 47 crops, including maize, rice, cotton, wheat, pearl millet, and vegetables.

According to the F&S Report, the company is the fastest-growing agro-sciences player in India among listed peers, posting a revenue CAGR of 27.92% between FY23 and FY25. In FY25, it reported ₹441 crore revenue and a net profit of ₹71 crore.
The company has also secured 269 registrations for agrochemical formulations, 43 registrations for specialty fertilizers, and 32 registrations for bio-stimulant products, besides applying for nine agrochemical product patents.
Anand Rathi Advisors Limited and Equirus Capital Private Limited are the book-running lead managers (BRLMs) for the IPO.
