Indian Railways has announced to launch ‘Bharat Gaurav Special Tourist Train’ from Kolkata to visit five holy places. Indian Railways has announced that EMI facility will also be available for passengers on Bharat Gaurav Special Tourist Train Tickets.
IRCTC Kolkata Zonal Office Senior Supervisor Kinkar Roy Chaudhary told a press conference in Bolpur that the ‘Bharat Gaurav Special Tourist Train’ will leave Kolkata on May 20.
This special train will take five Jyotirlingas – Omkareshwar, Mahakaleshwar, Somnath, Nageshwar, Shani Shinganapur along with Statue of Unity and Shirdi Saibaba Temples.
Besides Kolkata, the train stops at Bundal Junction, Burdwan Junction, Bolpur-Shanti Niketan, Rampurhat Junction, Pakur, Sahebganj, Bhagalpur, Muzaffarpur, Patliputra etc.
He said that this train journey will last 11 nights and 12 days. The train has a total of 656 seats with air conditioning. Apart from this, three special packages have also been prepared for the tourists. As per concession seats, per person Rs.20 thousand 60, Rs.31 thousand 800, Rs.41 thousand 600.
33 percent discount is also being given in this package to promote rail tourism. Apart from this, Indian Railways is offering EMI facility of three to 18 months on the tickets to the tourists traveling in this train.
