Since the commencement of their operations in 1999, they have been conducting their businesses in a legitimate manner and have maintained an unblemished record of ethical performance, while complying with all domestic laws, rules and regulations.
Despite being fully compliant and transparent, it may be noted that, of late, some politicians/leaders from political parties have sought to hurl certain false and egregious allegations against Sh. YS Anil Reddy and Sh. YS Sunil Reddy. Over the past few days, Telugu Desam Party Leaders including Sh. Pattabiram Ram and Sh. Varla Ramaiah have made certain wild allegations through TV 5 and other news channels, alleging therein that Sh. YS Anil Reddy and Sh. YS Sunil Reddy were somehow connected to the recent seizure of drugs at Mundra Port, Gujarat.
These allegations are emphatically denied. In fact, Sh. YS Anil Reddy and Sh. YS Sunil Reddy are not even aligned with any political party. Neither any relevant information was supplied to substantiate these allegations, nor any prior notice was issued to Sh. YS Anil Reddy or Sh. YS Sunil Reddy. These allegations have subsequently been carried by several other news channels including social media websites, which have created a deep and pernicious impact on the reputation established by Sh. YS Anil Reddy and Sh. YS Sunil Reddy over the course of several years. It is clear that these unfounded defamatory attacks are being created with an intent to indulge in mud-slinging and muck-racking, which cannot be permitted to continue in any civilized society. Reputation is an inviolable part of dignity and must be respected by all.
Therefore, it is being repeated for the benefit of the public that Sh. YS Anil Reddy and Sh. YS Sunil Reddy have no connection whatsoever with the seizure of drugs in Mundra Port. All such allegations even remotely hinting at the same are patently incorrect. It is humbly requested that all news channels must refrain from spreading such verifiably false information. It is also being reiterated that if any person and/or organisation continues to spread these false and unsubstantiated allegations or seeks to impinge upon their reputation, then Sh. YS Anil Reddy and Sh. YS Sunil Reddy will be constrained to take action against such persons and/or organisation in accordance with law.
