According to the National Cancer Registry Program (ICMR), breast cancer is one of the most common cancers among Indian women, contributing to 14% of total female cancer diagnoses. With 1 in 29 women at lifetime risk, early diagnosis is critical—yet stigma and limited access often delay treatment.

Ms. Upasana Kamineni Konidela stated,
“As healthcare leaders, it is our duty not just to treat, but to educate. Too many women lose their lives due to late diagnosis. FUJIFILM India’s campaign is a much-needed step in bringing timely awareness to those who need it the most.”
Mr. Koji Wada, Managing Director of FUJIFILM India, added,
“We believe in ‘Giving Our World More Smiles.’ This campaign reflects our commitment to inclusive healthcare by promoting early detection and preventive care, especially for women in marginalized communities.”
