The average CTC grew by a 31% increase in pay packages from 13.6 lakhs per annum to 17.86 Lakhs per annum. The highest Domestic CTC being INR 33.26 Lakhs per annum by a leading multinational consulting firm and the average CTC offered to the batch of 2022 was INR 17.86 Lakhs, the Top 10% average was 31.1 Lakhs.
