365telugu.com online news,Telangan DECEMBER 6th, 2025: HDFC Bank, operating under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) brand ‘Parivartan,’ today officially launched a major infrastructure upgrade initiative for two government schools in the Adilabad District of Telangana.
The initiative was formally announced during the visit of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Telangana, Shri Anumula Revanth Reddy, to Adilabad. The Bank will finance a comprehensive renovation project at Government High School No. 1, Vidyanagar, and Government High School, Mahalaxmiwada, both in Adilabad.
The comprehensive work scope includes vital improvements to:
Classrooms and IT facilities
Laboratories

Playgrounds
Sanitation units and drinking water systems
Dignitaries Attend Foundation Ceremony
The foundation stone laying ceremony was attended by several key political and administrative figures, including Sri Jupally Krishnarao, District In-charge Minister, Payal Shankar, MLA Adilabad, and Rajarshi Shah, IAS, District Collector and Magistrate.
Representing HDFC Bank were Mr. Venkatesh Challawar, Executive Vice President and Regional Head, and Mr. Karunakar Reddy, Zonal Head.
The project, which is being executed in partnership with the Learning Links Foundation, follows a detailed assessment to identify crucial infrastructure gaps. Once completed, the renovation is expected to benefit over 850 current students by creating safer and more effective learning environments.
Bank Officials Speak on Community Impact
Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, Branch Banking Head, Telangana, HDFC Bank, emphasized the bank’s dual focus on banking accessibility and social change.
“The renovation of the two government schools in Adilabad is a meaningful step in this direction, and we are grateful to the District Administration for their partnership in enabling impact at the community level,” he stated.

Ms. Nusrat Pathan, Head CSR, HDFC Bank, highlighted education’s role in social upliftment.
“Through Parivartan, our aim is to help build quality learning environments in underserved regions so that every child has an equal opportunity to grow, learn and thrive,” Ms. Pathan said. “Parivartan is our commitment to inclusive growth.”
This project falls under the Promotion of Education pillar of the Parivartan programme, which also supports scholarships, digital learning, and community libraries. To date, the bank has touched over 10.56 crore lives across 28 states and 8 Union Territories through its six core CSR focus areas.
