365telugu.com online news,National, 24,September 2025: HDFC ERGO, one of India’s leading private sector general insurance companies, successfully hosted the grand finale of the 10th edition of Insurance Quiz Junior 2025, marking a significant milestone in its nationwide outreach. This year, the quiz engaged students from approximately 3,600 schools across ~570 cities, making it one of the most inclusive insurance awareness initiatives in the country. Notably, 20% of participants hailed from vernacular medium schools, reflecting the company’s commitment to spreading insurance literacy across every corner of Bharat.

After a rigorous and competitive finale, (Winner Name) and (Winner Name) from (Winning School Name) were crowned champions, while (1st Runner-Up School Name) and (2nd Runner-Up School Name) secured the first and second runner-up positions, respectively. This year’s theme, “Decade of Impact,” aptly celebrated the remarkable evolution of Insurance Quiz Junior—from its humble beginnings in 2016 with just 18 schools in Mumbai to a nationwide movement that has impacted over 25 lakh students to date. Winners were awarded a cash prize of ₹2,25,000, first runners-up received ₹1,50,000, and second runners-up took home ₹75,000.

The quiz began with 3,600 teams, each represented by two students from the same school, progressing through preliminary, cluster, and zonal rounds. Ultimately, six teams qualified for the grand finale, including four zonal winners and two teams from the Eliminator round. The finalists were:

  • Sunbeam Lahartara, Varanasi
  • BJEM School, Bhubaneswar
  • Army Public School, Golconda, Hyderabad
  • Cambridge Court High School, Jaipur
  • New Era Senior Secondary School, Vadodara
  • Little Angels Matriculation School, Namakkal

Among the ~7,200 participating students, 45% were girls. The initiative also expanded its reach to smaller towns, with 42% of schools registered from towns with populations under 10 lakh, 20% vernacular medium schools, and 23% government schools, reinforcing Insurance Quiz Junior’s motto of reaching every last mile.

Adding to the experience, all finalists were treated to a day-long educational excursion to Rashtrapati Bhavan, giving them a memorable visit to one of India’s most iconic landmarks.
