365telugu.com online news,Hyderabad, 12th March,2022: HRH Next, which was conceived as Hyderabad Radio House in 1938, has now branched out and grown into one of the fastest-growing domestic contact centers in South India with offices across Hyderabad, Bangalore and Coimbatore.
“From a humble beginning of 20 employees in 2007, we have now grown to 2800 employees across multiple locations. On the occasion of Women’s Day, we want to celebrate employing 1000 women across three locations. We are one of the 50 companies in Hyderabad to have achieved this, and to commemorate this milestone HRH Next is having a gathering where the safety, wellness and empowerment of women will be strongly iterated.” said Ankit Shah, CEO, HRH Next.
This celebration was held at the Royalton Hyderabad hotel and was graced by Mr. Vishwanath Channappa Sajjanar, the MD of Telangana State Road Transport Corporation, ex Additional Director General of Police of Telangana. Speaking at the event, Mr.Sajjanar said, “The support that HRH Next shows towards the safety, security and empowerment of its women is quite commendable and It’s visible through this grand celebration of 1000 women employees. I wish them all the best.
But I’d like to say that rights and empowerment are not something that someone else can give you, you will achieve what you strive for.”
Ms Jyothi Das, an external Member of Internal Committees (IC) of various IT and MNCs was the second guest of honour who implemented the PoSH Law in the company. She said, “Today’s day and age it is not only imperative to be educated but also to be AWARE. Aware of your rights, aware of what seems to be wrong. The thin line between right and wrong is where the LAW starts to play a role and safeguard the right and lay penalties/punishment on the wrongdoer.
The Laws for Women today are growing in strength and needless to say, so are the nature of the crimes. The Laws for the (working) women today have been channelised and broadened on the horizon. There is no need to fear the eventualities when all the laws are favouring women, whether that is IPC or the Sexual Harassment at workplace Act or the internal policies.
I believe that every individual must be aware and stand up for their rights, responsibilities and duties and otherwise, I am not only there to make you vigilant but also help you get justice.”
Ms Divya Rao, the final guest of honour is a renowned art of living instructor. On the occasion, she discussed the secret of tapping into the infinite source of energy that resides in every individual, that harnessing it is just a matter of correct technique.
She also demonstrated a beautiful technique called Bhastrika which is akin to a quick energy boost that the women can use in their everyday lives.
