365telugu.com online news,Hyderabad, August 25, 2025: The Hyderabad Open 2025, part of the World Pickleball League On Tour and hosted in collaboration with the Hyderabad Superstars, concluded with stellar performances from top players. Over 250 participants competed across three days, with a total prize pool of ₹15 lakhs.

The final day featured eight championship matches. In the Pro Men’s Singles, Hyderabad Superstars’ Kuldip Mahajan clinched the title by defeating local favorite Sameer Varma in straight sets. Anuja Maheshwari triumphed in the Pro Women’s Singles, overcoming Vrushali Thakare. However, Vrushali bounced back strongly, partnering with Isha Lakhani to win the Pro Women’s Doubles, and later teaming with Vanshik Kapadia to secure the Pro Mixed Doubles crown.

Kapadia further added to his medal haul by lifting the Pro Men’s Doubles trophy alongside Tejas Mahajan, defeating Sonu Vishwakarma and Ritam Chawla in a thrilling three-set encounter.

Backed by KLO Sports, along with Bollywood stars Rakul Preet Singh and Jackky Bhagnani, the Hyderabad Superstars franchise has been instrumental in nurturing pickleball culture in the city. Having been semifinalists in Season 1 of the World Pickleball League, the franchise continues to inspire professional players to pursue pickleball as a career.
