365Telugu.com online news,February 2nd,2025: Mr. Sai D Prasad, Chairman of CII Telangana, described the Union Budget 2025-26 as a progressive step towards bolstering India’s economic growth. He emphasized that the budget will further enhance the Ease of Doing Business in the country.
Prasad highlighted that reducing the tax burden on the middle class will spur consumption, while increased investment in urban infrastructure will attract more investments. He also praised the budget for being agriculture- and MSME-friendly, noting that the proposed initiatives would significantly boost the entrepreneurial ecosystem in India.
Mr. Anil Epur, Past Chairman of CII Southern Region, lauded the launch of the Prime Minister Dhan-Dhaanya Krishi Yojana, a collaboration between the central and state governments, set to cover 100 districts.

Epur emphasized that the scheme’s focus on enhancing productivity, promoting crop diversification, improving storage and irrigation, and boosting credit will provide a comprehensive solution to the challenges faced by farmers.
He expressed confidence that this initiative would improve farmer welfare, strengthen rural economies, and make India’s agricultural sector more resilient.
Mr. RS Reddy, Vice Chairman of CII Telangana and MD of Rachamallu Forgings, commended the budget’s social welfare measures for gig workers.

He also noted the increased credit limits, streamlined compliance and regulatory ease, capacity-building initiatives, and export support for MSMEs, which will collectively enhance the competitiveness of India’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and contribute to the country’s economic growth.
Mr. Y Harish Chandra Prasad, Past Chairman of CII Andhra Pradesh & Chairman of Malaxmi Group, praised India’s commitment to environmental sustainability.
He specifically pointed to the emphasis on advancing clean technologies in sectors such as solar energy, EV cells, EV batteries, and wind turbines.
Prasad also recognized the potential of the Nuclear Energy Mission in promoting zero-emission energy but suggested that further technological advancements are needed.

Mr. C Shekar Reddy, Immediate Past Chairman of CII Telangana, welcomed the budget’s increased allocations for the infrastructure sector, especially the priority given to skill development through the establishment of Centers of Excellence (CoE) in Artificial Intelligence.
He also praised the government’s move to expand medical education by adding 10,000 more seats and the promotion of medical tourism and the “Heal in India” initiative.
