Instagram is expanding its AI-powered voice translation and lip-sync feature to Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Bengali, and Marathi — in addition to the existing English ↔ Hindi ↔ Spanish ↔ Portuguese support launched last month.
Creators can now:

2. New Indian Fonts Land on Instagram Edits Starting this week on Android (iOS rollout soon), creators can now style text and captions using authentic Devanagari (Hindi, Marathi) and Bengali-Assamese script fonts directly inside the Edits tool.
How to use: → Open Edits → Tap “Text” → Hit the “Aa” icon → Swipe down on “All Fonts” → Choose your language script If your phone is already set to Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, or Assamese, these fonts will appear by default.
