365Telugu.com online news, Visakhapatnam, January 31st, 2025: Reinforcing its commitment to road safety, Jio Andhra Pradesh observed January 2025 as Road Safety Month with a series of awareness initiatives.
As part of this effort, Jio, in collaboration with the Traffic Police Department, organized a Bike Rally and Awareness Program from the Siripuram Jio Center to advocate for responsible driving and adherence to traffic regulations.
The event began with a road safety pledge, emphasizing the importance of cautious driving. Riders traversed key locations in Visakhapatnam, covering the RTC Complex (Asilmetta) Intersection, Rama Talkies Road, Masjid Intersection, VIP Road, Dutt Island Junction, and Siripuram Junction before concluding at the Siripuram Jio Center.

This initiative aligns with National Road Safety Month 2025, observed from January 1 to January 31, under the theme ‘Sadak Suraksha – Jeevan Raksha’. The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) has entrusted the Indian Road Safety Campaign with leading efforts to enhance citizen participation in road safety measures nationwide.
The campaign aims to engage young individuals in spreading awareness, driving behavioral change, and reducing road accident fatalities and injuries. Recognizing road safety as a shared responsibility, Jio encourages the youth to take an active role in fostering safer communities and promoting responsible road usage.
Jio urges citizens to participate in the National Road Safety Campaign on MyGov and contribute to making India’s roads safer for all.
