To lead the new Indian operations, the firm has appointed industry veteran Ramesh Kaza as Executive Vice President and Head of Country.

LPL Financial, which manages $2.4 trillion in assets and supports over 32,000 financial advisors in the U.S., selected Hyderabad as its strategic hub due to the city’s robust infrastructure and specialized talent pool in financial services and technology.

Leadership: Ramesh Kaza to Steer India Operations
Ramesh Kaza joins LPL Financial with an extensive background in global financial technology. He previously served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for India at State Street and spent 16 years at Bank of America in high-level governance and tech operation roles.
Beyond his professional accolades, Kaza is a well-known community leader in Hyderabad. He currently serves as the Secretary General of the Society for Cyberabad Security Council (SCSC), working closely with the Cyberabad Police to enhance regional safety and security.
