365Telugu.com online news,30,May,India,2025: JSW MG Motor India has announced the launch of its MY2025 edition of the MG Astor, now India’s only 1.5L mid-size SUV to offer a 10-inch infotainment display and a panoramic sunroof under ₹12.5 lakh (ex-showroom).
The 10-inch infotainment display is now a standard feature across all variants, while the panoramic sunroof is introduced from the new ‘Shine’ trim under the MY2025 edition. Notably, the Astor also becomes the only vehicle in the 1.5L mid-size SUV automatic segment under ₹15 lakh to offer a wireless charger with its ‘Sharp Pro’ trim.
In a segment-first move for ICE SUVs, the Astor now offers heated ORVMs, further cementing its position as a feature-packed and innovative offering. These enhancements highlight MG’s commitment to blending performance, sophistication, technology, and innovation into one compelling package.

Earlier this year, MG Motor India launched the Astor’s bold new stance as the ‘Blockbuster SUV’, introducing two new variants—Shine and Select—equipped with a range of premium features and cutting-edge technology. Starting at ₹11.30 lakh (ex-showroom), the Astor is available with VTi-TECH engine options and 1.5L MT & CVT powertrains.
In addition to its standout features, the Astor offers over 50 safety features, premium interiors, and a panoramic sunroof to elevate the driving experience. Its 14 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), ventilated front seats, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, auto-dimming IRVM, and updated i-SMART 2.0 system with an advanced user interface deliver a seamless and connected driving experience.
