365Telugu.com online news,July 17,2025: Indian cricketer Mohammed Shami posted a deeply emotional message on Instagram to mark the 10th birthday of his daughter, Aaira. Sharing fond memories and heartfelt wishes, Shami wrote:
“Dear daughter, I still remember all those nights… your dance. I can’t believe you are growing up so fast. May God give you love, peace, happiness, and good health today and always. Happy birthday.”
This touching tribute comes in the midst of an ongoing legal dispute between Shami and his estranged wife Hasin Jahan. Recently, the Calcutta High Court directed Shami to pay ₹1.5 lakh per month as alimony to Jahan and ₹2.5 lakh per month towards Aaira’s upkeep.
Shami and Jahan have been separated since 2018, following serious allegations made by Jahan that sparked public and media attention. Aaira currently lives with her mother in Kolkata. Despite the separation, Shami has often expressed deep love for his daughter through his social media posts. In a previous message recalling a reunion with Aaira at a mall, he had written:
“Time stood still when I saw her again after a long time. Love you more than words can say, Bebo.”
Following the court’s recent ruling, Jahan stated that the financial order was not adequate and suggested that she may pursue further legal action to seek an increased settlement.
