365telugu.com online news, Hyderabad, December 20th,2025:The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) Telangana celebrated its 30th anniversary at Fort Grand today, marking three decades of serving as the primary bridge between the government, developers, and consumers.
Founded in 1995, the state chapter has evolved from a nascent industry body into a powerhouse of over 300 members, including the region’s most prominent builders and developers. The milestone event highlighted the organization’s role in transforming Hyderabad into one of India’s most sought-after residential and commercial hubs.

A Legacy of Policy Advocacy and Transparency
Over the past 30 years, NAREDCO Telangana has transitioned into a robust self-regulatory body. Its mission has centered on fostering a transparent environment and safeguarding homebuyer interests through ethical practices and regulatory awareness.
“It has been a 30-year journey of meaningful contribution to Hyderabad’s growth,” said Vijaya Sai Meka, President of NAREDCO Telangana. “Since the early 2010s, our policy advocacy has been instrumental in connecting stakeholders and encouraging collaboration between the private and public sectors. By facilitating these conversations, we have set realistic expectations for policymakers and buyers alike, ensuring smooth business operations across the city.”
From Economic Downturn to Global Tech Hub
The celebrations also served as a moment of reflection on the city’s dramatic urban evolution. K. Sreedhar Reddy, Secretary General of NAREDCO Telangana, recalled the industry’s early challenges.
“When we were established in 1995, the market was facing an economic downturn,” Reddy noted. “The tide turned in the early 2000s with the inauguration of the Cyber Towers, and despite the industry’s subsequent ups and downs, NAREDCO has remained a constant pillar of support for the sector.”

The association’s flagship annual Property Shows and industry platforms continue to be vital tools for empowering buyers. By providing access to verified projects—ranging from high-end villas to commercial office spaces—NAREDCO ensures that consumers can make informed decisions in an increasingly complex market.
As Hyderabad continues its trajectory as a premium metropolitan location, NAREDCO Telangana leaders reaffirmed their commitment to aligning real estate growth with state infrastructure development for the next 30 years and beyond.
