Held over three days, the event showcased the city’s robust growth, advanced infrastructure, and commitment to sustainable, technology-driven urban development.
The Hon’ble Minister for IT, Electronics & Industries,D. Sridhar Babu, graced the closing ceremony as Chief Guest, commending NAREDCO Telangana for its 15 years of transformative contributions to the state’s real estate landscape.
Shri D. Sridhar Babu emphasized, “The Telangana Government is dedicated to fostering a transparent, future-ready real estate ecosystem through digital innovation and data-driven governance. Recent policy reforms are designed to enhance trust and attract investment.
Telangana’s real estate and construction sectors contribute approximately ₹80,000 crore to the state’s economy. Hyderabad remains a globally affordable city, hosting over 70 new Global Capability Centres in the past year, with major projects like the Regional Ring Road and Metro Phase 2 in progress.
Property registrations have surged by 35% year-on-year, reaching 6,612 transactions valued at ₹4,008 crore.”

Union Minister of Coal and Mines, G. Kishan Reddy, remarked, “The 15th Property Show has been a remarkable success, connecting homebuyers and developers across income groups while showcasing cutting-edge construction practices and technology.
Real estate and infrastructure are key drivers of economic growth, with Hyderabad emerging as a national leader. Over 60% of this growth stems from Greenfield projects in cities like Vijayawada and Nagpur.
Initiatives such as metro expansions and township developments are creating jobs and boosting investor confidence. As urbanization accelerates, housing demand is soaring, and strategic investments in real estate and infrastructure will be vital to realizing a fully developed India by 2047.”
