California Almonds, packed with 15 essential nutrients including zinc, magnesium, iron, and vitamin E, are being promoted as an ideal food to start the day. They not only provide energy but also support heart health, weight management, and blood sugar control. The ICMR–National Institute of Nutrition (ICMR–NIN) has also recognized almonds as a nut recommended for daily consumption in its Dietary Guidelines for Indians.
