As part of this expansion, Ajay Maddali has been appointed as Human Resources Director for Hyderabad. With extensive experience in HR and management consulting, including his previous role as Head of HR for India at Franklin Templeton, Ajay will play a pivotal role in shaping Oaktree’s local HR strategy and fostering its corporate culture.
