The initiative is aimed to safeguard the well-being of employees from the COVID-19 pandemic so that they can safely cater to clients, thus ensuring their safety as well.

Speaking on this initiative, Mr. Siddharth Chaturvedi, Founder & Managing Director, Boys and Machines said, “At present, the Covid vaccine is extremely crucial if we have to get back to business as usual while arresting the pandemic. At Boys and Machines, our employees are vital to our growth story and we completely support them during these tough times, while they remain on-course to achieve our goals and vision that we have set for ourselves. In alignment with our ‘Employee First’ philosophy, we have vaccinated all our eligible employees with the first dose of the vaccine.” The company registered all its employees, including its dealership staff across all four cities it has presence in viz., Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Kolkata and Hyderabad through the government app CoWIN/Aarogya Setu and followed the set process to receive vaccination. The company will reimburse costs of two mandated vaccine shots for all employees.
