365Telugu.com online news, Hyderabad, November 15th, 2024: Reliance Foundation’s Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) programme celebrated Children’s Day with a special initiative, ‘Kahani, Kala, Khushi’. This campaign aims to stimulate creative thinking in young minds through storytelling, art, and play-based activities.

Over 457 Anganwadi Centres (AWCs) across Telangana are participating in the celebrations on 14th and 16th November. The programme will engage around 8,000 children in Telangana.

Key activities of the ‘Kahani, Kala, Khushi’ campaign:
• Kahani: Storytelling sessions to spark imagination and foster language skills.
• Kala: Art and craft activities, including stamping, colouring, and drawing, to encourage creativity.
• Khushi: Play-based activities like music and movement, sensory play, and memory games to promote holistic development.

Across 1,100+ Anganwadi centres in India, Children’s Day will be observed with Reliance Foundation’s ‘Kahani, Kala, Khushi’ campaign, reaching over 18,000 children.

By partnering with the Women Development and Child Welfare (WD&CW) Department in Telangana, Reliance Foundation’s ECCE programme is working to strengthen early childhood education in India through a range of initiatives from capacity development for innovative methods, to enhancing the learning environment of children to strengthen their early childhood and lifelong outcomes.
