365telugu.com online news, November 4, 2025 :The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia officially launched the second edition of the ‘Global Harmony’ initiative on November 2, opening with ‘India Week’ as the inaugural highlight under the ongoing Riyadh Season.
Organized by the Ministry of Media in collaboration with the General Entertainment Authority (GEA), the initiative is a key pillar of the Quality-of-Life Program aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
It celebrates the rich diversity of the Kingdom’s expatriate communities, recognizing their cultural, social, and economic contributions while fostering inclusivity and cross-cultural dialogue.

This year’s Global Harmony will spotlight 14 nationalities, beginning with a week-long tribute to the Indian community – one of the largest and most vibrant expat groups in the Kingdom.
Held at Suwaidi Park, India Week will feature a spectacular showcase of Indian music, dance, cuisine, art, and traditional handicrafts. Renowned Indian artists, performers, and media personalities will participate, offering immersive experiences that reflect India’s cultural depth and its deep-rooted ties with Saudi Arabia.
Speaking at the launch, Dr. Suhel Ajaz Khan, Indian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, praised the initiative:
“Following the resounding success of last year’s edition, this year promises an even grander celebration of Indian music, dance, cuisine, and handicrafts with the participation of acclaimed artists.

I commend the Ministry of Media and GEA for their outstanding efforts in promoting cross-cultural understanding through the Global Harmony Initiative. This is a powerful step toward building stronger people-to-people connections and reaffirming the historic bonds between India and Saudi Arabia.”
The broader Global Harmony program will continue throughout the season, honoring communities from the Philippines, Indonesia, Egypt, Yemen, Jordan, Uganda, Ethiopia, and others through concerts, street performances, family activities, food festivals, and artisan showcases – all open to Saudi citizens and residents of all backgrounds.
By placing culture at the heart of national development, the Kingdom is not only enriching its social fabric but also reinforcing its position as a global hub of coexistence and shared prosperity.
