365telugu.com online news,Rajkot, India, August 7, 2025: Silver Consumer Electricals Ltd (SCEL), a leading manufacturer of electrical consumer durables and agricultural equipment, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for a ₹1,400 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO).
The IPO will comprise a fresh issue worth up to ₹1,000 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to ₹400 crore. SCEL manufactures a wide range of products, including pumps and motors, solar pumps and controllers, fans, lighting solutions, and other electrical and agricultural equipment.
With a revenue growth CAGR of 95.17% between FY23 and FY25 (Source: 1Lattice Report), SCEL has established the country’s largest single-location, vertically integrated plant for consumer electricals and agricultural equipment in Rajkot, Gujarat, spanning 138,821 sq. m. The facility houses installed capacities of 2.4 million pumps and motors, 7.2 million fans, 21.9 million lighting products, and 72,000 agricultural equipment units annually.

The plant features advanced infrastructure, robotic automation, and backward integration to ensure quality, minimize external dependencies, and enable large-scale operations. SCEL operates under a dual business model — selling under its own brands Silver and Bediya, and supplying to renowned OEMs in India.
Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors, ICICI Securities, JM Financial, and Choice Capital Advisors are the Book Running Lead Managers (BRLMs) for the issue, with Trilegal acting as legal counsel.
