With an illustrious career spanning over three decades at NMDC, Smt. Priyadarshini has made significant contributions to the organization. Prior to her elevation, she served as Chief General Manager (Personnel & Administration), overseeing the HR functions at NMDC’s Corporate Office in Hyderabad and NMDC Steel Limited (NSL) in Nagarnar.

She began her journey with NMDC as an Executive Trainee in 1992, steadily advancing to leadership positions, inspiring women in the mining industry.
Her tenure has been marked by a strong focus on fostering a safe and inclusive work environment, ensuring equal opportunities for persons with disabilities, and setting new benchmarks for employee welfare.
She has been instrumental in streamlining HR policies related to Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Medical Policies, and Stakeholder Management.
Notably, she represented NMDC in the Second Pay Revision Commission for CPSEs and played a key role in negotiating successful wage settlements.

At NMDC Steel Limited, Smt. Priyadarshini’s leadership was pivotal in implementing the R&R Policy, spearheading skill development initiatives for the local community, and establishing essential infrastructure such as the Fire Department, Occupational Health Centre, and Primary Health Centre, ensuring employee well-being and workplace safety.
An alumna of Osmania University, Hyderabad, she holds a postgraduate degree in Social Work specializing in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, along with an LLB. As Director (Personnel), Smt. Priyadarshini is set to drive NMDC toward greater productivity, inclusivity, and growth in the industry.
