365Telugu.com online news,Tirumala,20th January,2025: Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Chairman, Sri B.R. Naidu, urged all devotees to take full advantage of the newly established model Srivari Temple at the Maha Kumbha Mela in Prayagraj, which has been specifically set up to cater to the devotees from the North.
This initiative provides a unique opportunity for devotees to seek blessings from Lord Venkateswara during the grand festival, which is being held from January 13 to February 26, 2025, from Sankranti to Shivratri.
Upon his arrival at the Srivari Temple in Prayagraj on Monday morning, Sri Naidu was warmly welcomed by the HDPP Secretary Sri Sriram Raghunath and Deputy EO Sri Guna Bhushan Reddy. After offering his prayers and taking darshan, the Chairman was presented with Thirtha Prasadams.
Later, under the guidance of Sri Venugopala Deekshitulu, one of the chief priests of Srivari Temple, a Chaturveda Havanam was conducted, followed by the pooja rituals.
Addressing the gathering, the Chairman expressed his happiness over the establishment of the Srivari Temple at the Maha Kumbha Mela, which is a first-of-its-kind initiative aimed at serving the spiritual needs of Northern devotees.
He emphasized that this event, lasting for 45 days, offers a unique chance for devotees to experience the divine blessings of Lord Venkateswara.
He also shared that 250 TTD staff members have been assigned to oversee the arrangements at Prayagraj. He praised the Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad for their meticulous planning and efforts in spreading Dharmic teachings in the North.
The Chairman appealed to all devotees from the North to visit the Srivari Temple in Prayagraj to seek Lord Venkateswara’s blessings.
Additionally, he highlighted that TTD had made history by presenting silk clothes to Sri Ram in Ayodhya for the first time. The event, which took place during the Snapana Thirumanjanam program on the banks of the Sarayu River, saw a large number of devotees participating in this grand occasion.
AEO Prabhakar Reddy, Bokkasam in-charge Gururaja Swamy, and other officials were present for this special occasion.
